21 file tools for job applications — and your files never leave your device
Merge, split, compress, sign and OCR PDFs. Resize, crop, convert and clean up photos. Every tool runs as code in your own browser, so the contract you just signed is never uploaded to anyone's server.

Applying is mostly file wrangling
The portal wants one PDF under 2 MB. The agency wants a 2×2 photo on white. The form needs your signature. None of that is about your qualifications, and all of it stands between you and submitting.
- Uploading your payslip to a free converter with ads on it
- Six browser tabs, each doing one step of the job
- Watermarks, sign-up walls, and a three-file daily limit
- No idea what that site keeps, or for how long
- Every tool in one workspace, next to your applications
- Files processed on your own device — nothing is transmitted
- No watermarks, no daily cap, no separate account
- Favourites and recents, so the tool you use weekly is one click away
Drop a file in, get one back
No setup, no queue, no upload progress bar — because there is nothing to upload.
Find the tool
Search by what you need to do, or browse the four categories. Your favourites and recent tools sit at the top of the hub.
Drop your file
Drag it in or pick it from your device. It is read into the page and processed there — it is never sent anywhere.
Download the result
Save it, or attach it straight to the application you are tracking. Close the tab and nothing is left behind.
Get under the upload limit without losing the document
Merge your resume, transcript and certificates into a single attachment, then compress it until the portal accepts it. Split a scanned bundle back into pages, OCR a photographed document so its text is searchable, or draw your signature straight onto the page that needs it.
- Merge, split, compress, edit, sign, OCR, and view
- Page-level control, not an all-or-nothing conversion
- Works on scanned documents, not just digital ones
The 2×2 photo, without paying for a photo studio
Crop to the exact ratio a PH application form expects, cut the background out so it reads as a proper ID photo, brighten and sharpen it, and compress it to fit the size cap — all without the picture ever leaving your phone or laptop.
- Background remover with chroma key and a manual brush mask
- Exact-pixel resize and standard aspect-ratio crops
- JPG, PNG and WebP conversion in both directions
- 1Crop to 2×2Standard PH ID ratio
- 2Drop the backgroundChroma key or brush mask
- 3Brighten & sharpenOne-tap presets

Everything in the hub
Four categories, twenty-one tools, one workspace.
All 21 tools
Seven PDF tools, six image tools, five converters, and three utilities — each with the same upload area, options panel, and download panel, so learning one teaches you all of them.
Metadata cleaner
Photos carry GPS coordinates, device names, and your full name. Strip them before a stranger gets the file.
Stripped before you send it to a stranger.
Nothing is transmitted
Every tool is client-side JavaScript. There is no server copy to leak, subpoena, or forget to delete.
No limits to hit
Because the work happens on your device, there is nothing for us to meter. No daily cap, no watermark.
Favourites and recents
The hub remembers what you actually use, so the weekly tool is one click from the dashboard.
Draft an answer, then link to it from a printed resume.

Frequently asked questions
Are my files uploaded to a server?
No. Every tool in the hub runs as JavaScript inside your own browser — the PDF or photo you drop in is processed on your device and never sent anywhere. That is a meaningful difference when the file is your signed contract, your passport scan, or your payslip.
Which tools are included?
Twenty-one, in four groups: seven PDF tools (merge, split, compress, sign, edit, OCR, viewer), six image tools (background remover, resize, crop, compress, enhance, convert), five converters (image to PDF, PDF to image, JPG/PNG, WebP/JPG, DOCX to text), and three utilities (a rich text editor, a QR code generator, and a metadata cleaner).
Why is a job tracker shipping PDF tools?
Because applying is mostly file wrangling. A portal caps uploads at 2 MB, an agency wants your certificates as one PDF, an employer asks for a 2×2 photo on a white background, a form needs your signature. Every one of those used to mean a detour to a random site that keeps your file. Now it does not.
Do the tools cost anything?
No — all 21 tools are available on the Free plan, with no per-file limit. Because the work happens on your device rather than our servers, there is nothing to meter.
