Can I change plans anytime?
Yes. You can move between plans whenever your needs change. Upgrades take effect immediately so you get access to new features right away.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. Plans are month-to-month with no lock-in. Cancel whenever you like and you'll keep access until the end of your current billing period.
Is there a free trial?
There's no time-limited trial because the Free plan is free forever — up to 50 tracked applications and 3 AI credits every month, with no credit card. Upgrade when you want unlimited tracking and unlimited AI.
Why is there only one paid plan?
Because splitting features across tiers without knowing which ones people actually pay for is a guess, and a wrong guess quietly costs you the customers you sorted into the wrong box. Pro contains everything at ₱399. If the data later shows a genuine premium need, we'll add a tier for it and say why.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept GCash, Maya, credit and debit cards, and QR Ph through PayMongo, our secure Philippine payment gateway. You'll never enter card details on JobTrackrPH itself.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Your data is encrypted in transit, payments are handled by PCI-compliant providers, and we never sell your information. Your job search stays private to you.
Can I upgrade later?
Of course. Start on Free and upgrade the moment you want unlimited tracking or unlimited AI. Your tracked data carries over seamlessly.
Do AI features have usage limits?
Free includes 3 AI credits a month — enough to run a resume analysis or a job match and see what you get. Pro includes unlimited AI usage across resume analysis, matching, cover letters, and interview prep, so you can iterate as much as you need.
What happened to the Starter and Professional plans?
They were merged into one Pro plan at ₱399 that contains every AI feature. If you're already subscribed to Starter you keep full Pro access at the price you're paying — nothing you had is taken away, and there's nothing you need to do.
Will my data remain if I downgrade?
Yes. Downgrading never deletes your applications, resumes, or documents. Some premium features simply become read-only or unavailable until you upgrade again.
