Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of JobTrackrPH (the "Service") at www.jobtrackrph.com. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. You may not share your account, and we may refuse, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

JobTrackrPH provides tools to track job applications, discover jobs, build resumes and cover letters, prepare for interviews, and manage related documents and reminders. We may add, change, or remove features over time. We offer a Free plan and paid subscription plans as described on our Pricing page.

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis and renew automatically until cancelled. Payments are handled by our third-party processors. Your purchase is also governed by our Subscription & Billing Policy and Refund and Cancellation Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms.

You agree to use the Service lawfully and in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy. Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation, infringing others’ rights, attempting to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service, scraping, and uploading harmful or unlawful content.

You retain ownership of the content you create or upload ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, and display Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service for you. You are responsible for Your Content and confirm you have the rights to submit it.

Some features use artificial intelligence to generate suggestions. AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete and is provided for your assistance only. You are responsible for reviewing and editing any content before you use or submit it. Your use of these features is subject to our AI Usage Disclaimer.

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by JobTrackrPH and protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the rights expressly granted to you, we reserve all rights. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without our permission.

The Service may display job listings and links from third parties. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, websites, employers, or job postings, and we do not guarantee their accuracy or availability. Your dealings with third parties are solely between you and them.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that using the Service will result in job interviews, offers, or employment. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JobTrackrPH and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JobTrackrPH from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service, Your Content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service or other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Metro Manila, Philippines for any dispute not subject to arbitration or small-claims resolution, subject to your non-waivable consumer rights.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new "Last updated" date and, for material changes, provide notice through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
