1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes activities that are not allowed on JobTrackrPH. It is part of our Terms and Conditions and applies to everyone who uses the Service.

2. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose;
  • Infringe the intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights of any person;
  • Upload or transmit malware, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems;
  • Probe, scan, disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the Service, or bypass rate limits or security measures;
  • Scrape, harvest, or bulk-export data from the Service except through features we provide;
  • Share, resell, or sublicense your account or access without our permission;
  • Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation;
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information in resumes, applications, or communications;
  • Send spam or unsolicited messages using the Service.

3. Responsible Use of AI Features

When using AI-assisted tools, you must not generate or submit content that is fraudulent (such as fabricated credentials or employment history), discriminatory, harassing, hateful, or otherwise unlawful. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before use, as explained in our AI Usage Disclaimer.

4. Content Standards

Content you upload or create must not be illegal, defamatory, obscene, or harmful, and must not contain another person’s confidential information without authorization. We may remove content that violates this AUP.

5. Fair Use of Resources

To keep the Service reliable for everyone, we may apply reasonable usage and rate limits, including on AI features and job-discovery requests. Automated or excessive use that degrades the Service for others is not permitted.

6. Consequences of Violations

We may investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action, including removing content, limiting features, and suspending or terminating accounts. Serious violations may be reported to the authorities.

7. Reporting Abuse

If you become aware of a violation of this AUP, please report it to support@jobtrackrph.com.
